How the trade file portal works
Built for remappers and workshops. Files stay in private storage. Order ownership and downloads are enforced server-side. Retail customers do not use this credit-based file flow for driveway services.

Dealer account
Register as a trade partner. Staff may approve your account before you can place file jobs.

Credits
Hold a dealer credit balance. Credits are spent per job and tracked on an append-only ledger.

Upload original file
Enter vehicle and ECU details, then upload the original read via secure storage with checksum checks.

We process the file
Apex staff process the job (or automatch when available). Dealers track status — you do not start processing yourself.

Download tuned file
When the order is completed, download the modified file from your dealer portal with a time-limited link.

Open a dealer account for the file portal, or sign in if you already have one. After login you use the dealer dashboard — not the public customer services booking path.
