1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and the related policies (Privacy, Acceptable Use, File Service Disclaimer, Automotive Security & Ownership Policy).
2. Services
We provide ECU file processing, diagnostic and programming services, and locksmith services subject to availability, ownership verification (where applicable) and the technical capability of the vehicle/ECU combination.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are calculated server-side. Payment is required as indicated in the order flow. Credits are non-transferable and subject to the credit ledger rules.
5. Files & intellectual property
You retain ownership of original files you upload. You grant us a licence to process them solely to fulfil the ordered service. Modified files are delivered for your use on the intended vehicle only.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the full commercial terms. Certain consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
